Any Chromium browser
- Unzip the download. Keep the folder somewhere permanent: deleting it removes the extension.

chrome://extensions(in Edge,edge://extensions). - Turn on Developer mode, top right.
- Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
- Pin anidub from the puzzle-piece menu, then open AniList.
To update, download again, replace the folder’s contents and press the reload arrow on anidub’s card. Chrome may remind you that developer-mode extensions are on; that’s expected.
Firefox
Firefox 109 or newer
- Keep the download as it is; don’t unzip it.
- Open
about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox. - Click Load Temporary Add-on… and choose the zip.
- Open AniList.
Firefox removes temporary add-ons when it closes, so repeat these steps after a restart until anidub is on Firefox Add-ons.
Three steps. Zero friction.
